2) Within three months of this decision a landscaping scheme to include all hard and soft landscaping (including boundary treatments) shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved hard landscaping shall be completed in full accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the dwellings hereby approved. The approved soft landscaping scheme shall be implemented by the end of the full planting season immediately following the completion and/or first occupation of the dwellings (a full planting season means the period from October to March).

Reason: To ensure a high quality development with an acceptable standard of landscaping, to safeguard the character and appearance of the area and to ensure a net gain for biodiversity, in accordance with Policy DM3 and DM15 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
