Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/00501/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

2) The building hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Daymer House and for no other purpose including business, commercial or industrial purposes.

Reason: The ancillary accommodation created by the development is not suitable, because of the circumstances of the site, to be used as a separate, independent residential unit and to prevent the building from being used for commercial purposes to the detriment of the locality.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, named and numbered at following: Proposed Plans & Elevations - Dwg no SC-2005717-02(A) - 12.02.2020; Existing Plans & Elevations - Dwg no SC-2005717-01(A) - 12.02.2020.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
