Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/00559/PAAD
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development, if permitted, would result in the intensification of use of a substandard access which makes no provision for adequate driver/driver intervisibility to the south-west, the critical side to oncoming vehicles, and will lead to conditions of danger and inconvenience to users of the highway and the property. The application therefore fails the test at paragraph Q.2(1)(a) of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
2) Insufficient information has been submitted with the application to enable a proper assessment of the impact of the existing silo located within close proximity to barn 4 . The application therefore fails the test at paragraph Q.2(1)(e) of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
3) The proposal fails to comply with paragraph Q.1 (i) of Schedule 2, Part 3, Class Q of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), in that the proposal to convert barns 4 and 5 will comprise building operations which are over and above those "reasonably necessary" for the buildings to function as dwellinghouses and will comprise a re-build of the buildings rather than a conversion.
