Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/00620/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 01 and 02 B
Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) The extension shall be finished in white or chalk white coloured render unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: In the interest of the visual amenities of the area and the amenities of neighbours.
