Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/00759/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials shown on plan numbers PREM397-GEN-2510-6004 Rev A and PREM397-GEN-2510-6005 Rev A unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers PREM397-GEN-2510-6004 Rev A, PREM397-GEN-2510-6005 Rev A, PREM397-GEN-2510-6003 Rev C, PREM397-GEN-2510-6001 Rev B and PREM397-GEN-2510-6002 Rev C.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) The existing onsite buildings shown to be demolished on plan number PREM397-GEN-2510-6001 Rev B shall be demolished and all resultant detritus completely removed from the site prior to the commencement of the operational use of the buildings hereby approved.

Reason: In order to protect the openess of the Green Belt.
