Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/00789/NMA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 30992-PL-222B, 30992-PL-201E, 30992-PL-220C, 30992-PL-204G, 30992-PL-231C, 11B and 01K.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The development shall not be occupied until 4 active electric car charging spaces have been provided, to be served by 22kW charging pedestals, and the necessary infrastructure provided for a further 51 parking spaces to allow the installation of future pedestals as required.

Reason: To ensure that the development provides adequate electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the interests of enhancing the sustainability of the development.
