Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/00825/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The parking provision for no. 3 and the development hereby approved shall be retained for the purpose of vehicular parking unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority.

Reason: To provide adequate parking provision and to avoid on street parking issues, and to avoid obstruction of the turning area leading to vehicles reversing into the highway.
2) The turning space for vehicles illustrated on the approved Plan shall be kept free of all obstruction and retained for the purpose of vehicular turning

Reason: To enable vehicles to draw off, park and turn outside the highway limits thereby avoiding the reversing of vehicles on to the highway.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 15.41.8 OS map, 15.41.52C (plans & elevations).

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
