Conditions or Reasons:
12) Prior to the first use of the new MUGAs, a noise management plan shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority.  Such plan shall include the following information:

Hours of Use;
Types and Frequency of Bookings to be accepted;
How to make a complaint;
How complaints will be managed;
What the venue will do if they get repeated complaints; and
Phone number and contact details for local residents to raise complaints.

The approved noise management plan shall thereafter be adhered to at all times.

Reason: to protect the amenities of nearby residential properties (Section 12, NPPF)
