Conditions or Reasons:
34) With the exception of the approved Advanced Infrastructure Works (Condition 9 above), no development shall take place within any development area or sub-area until a Public Art Scheme has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority. The Plan shall be in accordance with the Site Wide Public Art Strategy (Condition 6).
Reason: In the interests of ensuring that a wide variety of public art is incorporated into the development in the interests of increasing the public enjoyment of the area.
Informative: The Plan will identify the role of public art, what forms it could take, themes for public art, focal points, timetable for procurement (how proposals for public art works will be sought, commissioning, sourcing of funding) and delivery, and the management and maintenance of any public art.
