1) The proposal would constitute a material change to planning permission ref: CB/17/02633/FULL and the application is hereby refused. This is due to the proposed change increasing the scale and footprint of the approved front extension and the inclusion of widening the dropped kerb on a classfied road. Full planning permission is therefore required.
