Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/01377/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Development shall not begin until details of the junction of the proposed vehicular access with the highway has been approved by the Local Planning Authority and the dropped kerb shall not be used until constructed in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and the premises
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC001 Site Location Plan (29.6.2020) and CBC002 Block Plan (6.7.2020).

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
