The operations constitute development within the meaning given in Section 55 of the Act and require planning permission pursuant to Section 57(1) of the Act.

The operations do not constitute permitted development within Class E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 because the operations do not constitute the provision within the curtilage of the dwellinghouse buildings reasonably required for a purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such.
