| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2)
Prior to any works above ground level, notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved will be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers A0337 E-01, A0337 E-02, A0337 E-03, A0337 E-04, A0337 E-05, A0337 E-06, A0337 E-07, A0337 E-08, A0337 E-09, A0337 2.1, A0337 E-2.2, A0337 2.3 and A0337 2.4.
Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt. |
