Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/02071/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials as detailed in the application.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. (Section 12, NPPF)
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows shall be inserted into the roof of the outbuilding without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the privacy of neighbouring residents. (Section 12, NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 0608/01, location plan rec'd 13/8, site plan rec'd 13/8.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
