Conditions or Reasons:
4) Prior to installation the applicant shall submit a scheme for the management of noise from all new external fixed plant. Such scheme shall be approved in writing by the local planning authority and any works arising from the assessment shall be completed in full prior to the plant first being brought into use and thereafter maintained as such.

Reason: to protect the amenities of nearby residential properties (Section 12, NPPF)
9) No use of the new teaching block hereby permitted shall commence until a community use agreement prepared in consultation with the Council has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and a copy of the completed approved agreement has been provided to the Local Planning Authority. The agreement shall include details of the pricing policy, hours of use, access by non-educational establishment users, management responsibilities and a mechanism for review, to secure the effective community use of the facilities. The community use agreement shall be adhered to in perpetuity.

Reason: In accordance with Paragraph 92 of the NPPF.
10) No use of the new teaching block hereby permitted shall commence until a landscaping scheme and a scheme for landscape maintenance for a period of five years following the implementation of the landscaping scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented by the end of the full planting season immediately following the completion and/or first use of any separate part of the development (a full planting season means the period from October to March). The trees, shrubs and grass shall subsequently be maintained in accordance with the approved landscape maintenance scheme and any which die or are destroyed during this period shall be replaced during the next planting season.

Reason: To ensure an acceptable standard of landscaping.
