Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/02362/TDM
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The existing 10 metre tall tele-communications mast, as shown on the submitted drawing titled 150 EXISTING ELEVATION A/ Issue A, shall be removed prior to the first operational use of the 15 metre tall mast for telecommunications hereby approved.

Reason: To prevent the accumulation of obsolete tele-communication structures in the streetscene so as to protect the visual amenities and character of the local area. (Policy BE8, SBLPR and section 12, NPPF)
2) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, titled 002 SITE LOCATION PLAN/ Issue A, 100 EXISTING SITE PLAN/ Issue A, 150 EXISTING ELEVATION A/ Issue A, 215 MAX CONFIGURATION SITE PLAN/ Issue A and 265 MAX CONFIGURATION ELEVATION/ Issue A.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
