Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/02433/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the new internal partitioning hereby approved shall be fixed to the existing fabric of the building with screw-fixings only unless otherwise agreed in writing, and in advance of partition installation, by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the works hereby approved are undertaken with due regard to, and in maintenance of, the historic fabric and character of the listed building (Section 16, NPPF)
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, any door opening blocking associated with the works of internal alteration hereby approved shall be fully reversible and shall leave any associated existing door framing in position.
Reason: To ensure that the works hereby approved are undertaken with due regard to, and in maintenance of, the historic fabric and character of the listed building (Section 16, NPPF)
4) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, number 20-1021-COU-01

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
