Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/02685/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The premises shall only be open to customers between the hours of 8 am to 2 am Mondays to Sunday, including Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.
(Section 12, NPPF)
2) No extract equipment or any other external plant, machinery or equipment shall not be installed without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. Any approved equipment shall be installed in accordance with the submitted details and be retained and maintained thereafter.

Reason: To protect the amenity of residential amenity.
(Policy BE8, SBLPR, Policy HQ1, submission of the Local Plan 2015-2035 and Section 12, NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number CBC001.

Reason: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
