Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed demolition works to the dwellinghouse does not form development in accordance with Section 55 2(g) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and planning permission is not therefore required for this element of the application. The proposed fenestration changes and decking represent a permitted development under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A and E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). As such, planning permission is deemed to be granted and express planning permission need not be obtained in respect thereof.
