Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/02956/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, JAN 2020 T/P/L, JULY 2020 TPL.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
3) The new door and window shall be made of timber (single-glazed units) unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained thereafter.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with the Local Plan and National Planning Policy Framework (section 16).
