1) The proposed development would fail to comply with paragraphs A.1 (d) and A.1 (i) and does not therefore represent a permitted development by virtue of the conflict with Class A, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015 (as amended). The development is therefore required to be considered through submission of a planning application.
