Conditions or Reasons:
1) The operations described in the First Schedule hereto constitute development within the
meaning given in Section 55 of the Act. However, pursuant to Article 3, Schedule 2, Part 1,
Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, and Sections 58 to 61 of the Act, the operations constitute permitted
development for which planning permission is deemed to be granted and express planning
permission need not be obtained in respect thereof.
