Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/03237/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The first floor window in the South-West (rear) elevation of the development shall be permanently fitted with an aluminium louvre to substantially restrict vision through it at all times, as indicated in plan reference P102-B. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the South-West (rear) elevation.

Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties
(Section 12, NPPF)
2) Within 1 month of the date of this planning permission the applicants shall submit a final noise mitigation scheme for approval to the Local Planning Authority that ensures that the rating level of sound emitted from any external fixed plant and/or machinery associated with the premises shall not exceed the existing background noise level inclusive of any penalty for tonal, impulsive or other distinctive acoustic characteristics when measured or calculated according to the provisions of BS4142:2014 (as amended). The scheme shall follow the recommendations identified in the Spectrum Plant Noise Assessment Report Ref AP1542/20331/First Issue dated 18th November 2020. The approved scheme shall be installed within 3 months of the date of this planning permission, with post completion testing undertaken to show it to be effective, and it shall be retained in accordance with those details thereafter.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residential occupiers.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers P-102B, CBC001, P201, P103A, P-302.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
