Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/03449/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, illustrated product details of the materials to be used in the wall alterations hereby approved shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of the  approved alterations on site, and the approved alterations shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the character of the listed building occupying the site and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the site is located (Section 16, NPPF).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers SK-02/1443 and WD-54 Rev B.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
