Conditions or Reasons:
12) Prior to the commencement of works above ground level, details of tracking manoeuvres suitable for a light goods vehicle to turn within all shared private drives, shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. Where suitable tracking manoeuvres cannot be accommodated then further justification must be provided. Submitted information may include details of landscaping and parking alterations, where required, close to the private drive. No building in that area shall be occupied until the roads and access opportunities for lights goods vehicles have been constructed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason:
To enable vehicles to draw off, park and turn outside the highway limits thereby avoiding the reversing of vehicles on to the highway, in accordance with the NPPF.
