Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would detract from the character of the host dwellinghouse, causing a detrimental impact upon the character and appearance of the area and would result in undue overlooking of neighbouring properties, harmful to the privacy and residential amenity of neighbouring occupiers. The proposed development is therefore contrary to Polices BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review Policies and Section 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
