Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/03735/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The temporary marquee hereby permitted shall be removed 2 years after the date permission is granted and the land shall be subsequently reinstated to its former condition within 3 months of its removal. 

Reason: This is a temporary expedient only. (Policies DM3 and DM13 CSDMP & Section 12 NPPF)
2) The approved marquee shall only be used for purposes ancillary to use of the school.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the character of the area. (Section 12, NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall be undertaken in full accordance with the Councils adopted Construction Code of Practice for Developers and Contractors https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/info/44/planning/674/codes_of_practice_for_planning.

Reason: In order to minimise the impact of construction work on the amenities of nearby residential properties (Section 12, NPPF)
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003, CBC-001.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
