Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development represents inappropriate development in the Green Belt, which is, by definition, harmful to the Green Belt. The proposal would be detrimental to the openness of the Green Belt, and constitute an encroachment into the countryside. No Very Special Circumstances have been presented in this application that would clearly outweigh the harm to the Green Belt. The proposal is therefore deemed to be contrary to Section 13 of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), February 2019.
