Conditions or Reasons:
1) The single storey side/front extension would extend beyond a wall which fronts a highway and would form a principle and side elevation of the original dwellinghouse and therefore does not constitute Permitted Development pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 Schedule 2, Part 1 Class A as amended.
For the reason set out above the development is not lawful.
