Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/04041/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The storage container hereby permitted shall be stored on the land only between 1st November and 31st January annually and outside those periods shall be removed and the land re-instated to its former condition.

Reason: The proposed container is not considered suitable for permanent retention. (Section 12, NPPF)
2) Noise resulting from the operation of the refrigerated container units shall not exceed the existing background noise level inclusive of any penalty for tonal, impulsive or other distinctive acoustic characteristics when measured or calculated according to the provisions of BS4142:2014 (as amended).

Reason: To protect the amenity of residential occupiers.Srection 15 NPPF.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 9002 F01, 9001 F01, Spacewise 20ft, Spacewise 40 ft.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
