Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed garage conversion is considered to fall within permitted development under Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning act 1990, and the proposed fenestration changes is considered to fall within permitted development under class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England)
Order 2015, as such the operations constitute permitted development for which planning permission is deemed to be granted and express planning permission need not be obtained in respect thereof.
