Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall only be used as an annexe/extension to the dwelling known as 148b Drove Road and shall not be occupied as a separate or self-contained dwelling unit.

Reason: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit.
(Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC001, CBC002, CBC003, CBC004.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
