Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/04146/PIP
Conditions or Reasons:
1) By virtue of the location, amount of development and land-use proposed, it is considered that the development would adversely impact the character and appearance of the area by introducing two dwellinghouses in an undeveloped gap site within a rural setting, resulting in a harmful urbanising incursion into the open countryside. Therefore the proposal is unacceptable as a matter of principle and will be harmful to the rural character of the area, contrary to Policy DM3 and DM4 of the of the Central Bedfordshire Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the National Planning Policy Framework (2019).
