Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/04148/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC-001.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) The premises shall not be open to the public except between 0900 hours and 1700 hours Monday Saturday and at no time on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays, without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residential occupiers.
4) The development hereby permitted is for the sole benefit of the occupier of no. 16 Gale Drive, Biggleswade and shall not extend to any other person or be occupied as a separate or self-contained unit.

Reason: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit.
