Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/04190/NMA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 856-TSY-ZZ-XX-DR-C-SK57 Rev P2 (Drainage Temporary Layout), 856-TSY-ZZ-XX-DR-C-8115 Rev C6 (Drainage Layout) and 185-LBD-XX-Drive-M2D-L-1000 Rev 11 (Landscape Masterplan).

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
2) The development permitted shall not be first occupied until the drainage system shown on drawing no. 856-TSY-ZZ-XX-DR-C-SK57 Rev P2 has been implemented and the Local Planning Authority have been notified of the installation of the drainage system. Block C of the development permitted shall not be first occupied until the drainage system shown on approved drawing no. 856-TSY-ZZ-XX-DR-C-8115 Rev C6 has been installed in full and the verication report required by Condition 6 of CB/20/01243/VOC has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: Reason: In the interest of mitigating flood risk and enhancing water quality, in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies 2009 and Section 14, NPPF.
