Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/04410/LDCP
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works described in the First Schedule relating to the conversion of the loft do not represent development by virtue of Section 55 (2)(a)(i) of the Act. The operations described in the First Schedule relating to the provision of rooflights and dormer window hereto constitute development within the meaning given in Section 55 of the Act. However, the proposed insertion of rear dormer window and insertion of rooflight windows to the front and rear facing roof slope fall within the permitted development tolerance limits under Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes B and C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, and Sections 58 to 61 of the Act. As such the operations constitute permitted development for which planning permission is deemed to be granted and express planning permission need not be obtained in respect thereof.
