Conditions or Reasons:
3) No development above slab level shall take place until details of the time of provision of the equipped children's play area and public open spaces have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the public open space and equipped children's play area, shall be completed in accordance with the approved details and shall be made available for public use in perpetuity.

Reason: To ensure the provision of open space including amenity open space and an equipped children's play area, would serve the needs of the development, in accordance with Policy DM17 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
