Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 6 months of the date of this decision notice, cladding to match as closely as possible in colour to the facing brickwork of the original dwelling, must be fitted to all external areas of the porch hereby approved. The porch shall then be retained in this finish thereafter.

Reason: To allow the proposal to appear in keeping with the visual amenities of the area (BE8 & H8 SBLPR, Section 12 NPPF).
