Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/00082/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Insufficient information has been submitted to determine the full impact of the proposal on the Highway Safety of the site, contrary to policies T2 and T3 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan.
2) The construction of the boundary wall, by virtue of its siting, design and scale, would not positively contribute to the character and appearance of the area and would appear as a cramped. prominent and dominating feature within the streetscene. The proposal would subsequently detract from and cause harm to the character and appearance of the area. As a result, the proposal is contrary to Section 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2019) and Policy HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan 2021.
