Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/00271/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The fence hereby permitted shall be constructed of materials and finish as detailed in the fence elevation plan.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the appearance of the fencing is appropriate having regards to the visual amenities of the locality. (Section 12 and 16 NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers Block Plan 23/01, Fence elevation 28/01, site location plan 23/01.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
