Conditions or Reasons:
1) The permissuion hereby granted is in respect of a 4 bedroom HMO only (as amended by drawing No. 07C) and does not imply approval under any other regulations (see informatives).

Reason: To ensure a satisfactory level of amenity for future occupiers. (Section 12 NPPF) .
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 03B, 07C, 08B.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
