Conditions or Reasons:
4) Notwithstanding the submitted details, no development shall commence at Plots 3092 to 3101 before details of the following, in sofar as the relate to those plots have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning Authority:

Materials used in the external surfaces of the building
Fenestration details
Balcony details

The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the appearance and quality of the buildings would be sufficiently high given their prominent position within the site in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Central Bedfordshire Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
