Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/00372/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the provisions of Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the approved buildings shall not be used other than for a Class E(g)(i) use and no other purposes, including any other purposes falling within Class E of the stated Order, unless otherwise agreed beforehand in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To exclude the provisions of the said Use Classes Order and thereby ensure the Local Planning Authority retains full control of the future use of the land/building(s) in view of the circumstances of the case.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 001 Rev A, 010 Rev A and 100.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
