Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/00396/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The brickwork to be used must be as similar as possible in size, shape and colour to the existing brickwork.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance and significance of the listed building and Conservation Area.

3) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the method statement detailed on page 16 of the Heritage Statement, project reference: 0158A.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance and significance of the listed building and Conservation Area.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 001, 002A, CBC/001.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
