Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/00397/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the method statement detailed on page 16 of the Heritage Statement, project reference: 0158A.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance and significance of the listed building and Conservation Area.

3) The brickwork to be used must be as similar as possible in size, shape and colour to the existing brickwork.

4) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 001, 002A, CBC/001.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
