Conditions or Reasons:
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the north (High Street-facing) elevation of the development hereby approved shall incorporate a painted timber window, with cill, of traditional casement form beneath a false timber lintel, complete drawn details of which, including opening configuration(s), in elevation, at a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to installation of the window on site and the approved development shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the approved development is carried out in a manner that safeguards the significance and traditional character of the associated listed building and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the building is located (Section 16, NPPF)
