Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 21-ID-001, 21-ID-002, CBC-001, CBC-002.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) Within 2 months of the date of this permission, any existing antennae on the rear elevation, other than the antennae approved under this permission and as identified on plan number 21-ID-002, shall be removed.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the area.
