Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/00752/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers : SE3333, SE3333/3, SE3333/2/A, SE3333/3/A and SE3333/4/A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) Any gates provided shall open away from the highway and be set back a distance of at least 5.0m (domestic)/8.0 metres (agricultural) from the nearside edge of the carriageway of the adjoining highway.

Reason: To enable vehicles to draw off the highway before the ga es are opened.
4) The first floor windows in the west facing elevation serving the dressing room and landing of the development hereby permitted shall be permanently fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times and shall be non-opening, unless the parts of the window which can be opened are more than 1.7m above the floor of the room in which the window is installed. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the west facing elevation.

Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties
