Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/00900/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The exising mast and any associated structures and surfacing not included as part of the new development shall be removed and all resultant detritus completely removed from the site within two months of the finished installation of the existing mast and equipment.

Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and openess of the Green Belt. (Section 12 and 13 NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers M002a Site Plan, M002A Elevations A, Elevation B, Elevation C, Elevation D.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
