Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/00931/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The building hereby permitted shall be removed and the land re-instated to its former condition within three years of the date of this permission in accordance with a scheme of work previously submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority unless, before that date, the Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission for its retention.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 3001/ rev A

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
